The Firm acts for clients in matters concerning the preparation of wills, the setting up of trusts, applications for grant of letters of administration, and probate and matrimonial matters as well i.e. divorce and separation, and maintenance proceedings at the Children’s court and at Kadhis Courts for matters relating to Islamic Laws (Sharia) on succession and matrimonial matters.
